![]() He'll have to take it back to where he bought it as long as it is still within warranty. You've zero hope of some shop in Pattaya honouring a USA warranty !
Could it be because the USA is expecting 110v and Pattaya has 240v ? Some transformers only bring it down to the 115/120v and I know that years ago, some Japanese equipment had serious problems with USa shift transformers which were not accurate enough.
