I'd almost given up on seeing much cricket but nearly got full day out of it got to meet captain cook (he will probably write on his memoirs that some northern monkey he met on the pavilion steps spurred him on to get his 10,000 test runs)
Big thanks to Jake and his mate George for putting up with me and getting me right on the steps of the pavilion
