My mate reckons there is some freelancer action around the Chaophraya Hotel.
Apart from that, it's the usual massage parlors, karaoke bars or ask a local Tuk Tuk driver where the action is. You can get some ideas from the link below

Daytime : Korat Zoo, The Mall, Mahaweerawong National Museum, Phi Mai Historical Park, Khao Yai National Park etc

Night : Korat Night Bazaar, quite a few bars and pubs available - my mate mentioned the Bule Saloon and Tawan Daeng.
