Another great moment from the Aussie Rules season. As this years competition draws to a close, last night was the presentation for the years best player. Gala event, black tie, gals all frocked up...

So when the winning player is announced to the crowd...a young guy from the Bulldogs, a traditional working-class suburban team...he gets up and is interviewed by the MC

MC: I've heard a rumour you've just got engaged,

Adam: Yes

MC: I heard you proposed by placing a burger ring on your girlfirend's finger?

Adam: Well, yes. I didn't want to get her a ring she didn't like......

....and I know she likes burger rings....
