![]() Since the Thai banks are charging to with draw cash from an ATM.
Taking money out of an ATM seems an expensive way even with a Nationwide Debit card it is 150bht +1% of the amount taken out and they are one of the cheaper companies. My next trip I plan to take some cash and the rest in travellers cheques and take my card just in case. http://www.travelex.co.uk/uk/ is the company i will be using to get comission free sterling travellers cheques. Is this the most cost effective way????? I would rather spend my money on having fun .
