Thinking of a brief visit next trip and I know a few of you have been so was looking for a bit of advice.
Is Ao Nang that best area to stay? I'll take long tail boat to the nicer beaches in the day...

Not sure about the others but The Conrad definitely is. I'd expect the Hiltons to be too (maybe not the Doubletree). I've not seen a 5 star hotel yet in Thailand that wasn't.
