Always will be Leeds too.
I think the Leeds fans came to like him in the end, he has done a good job there this season and I am surprised Bates has let him go, and surprised that Wise wants to go, it's obviously about money.
I would love it, just love it (sorry lads!) if the egotistical geordies got fucking relegated.

hate the cunt but he did a good job for us as for hated,we arent hated were loathed,not many teams would fall as quick as leeds and still get 30-35K a game

Wise was never accepted at Leeds, like Bates the Chelsea connection stuck with them.

Todays Leeds fans might hate Scum but for fans of my generation the real hatred and rivalry was always Chelsea. Fulham Broadway tube station holds some very vivid memories of my youth.

While ever they are winning that connection will be tolerated but if it goes tits up the crowd will turn on Bates just like they turned on Wise in the last few games.

Wises big mistake was bringing Dave Bassett in when Poyet left. Since then the wheels have fallen of the charabanc.
