I think it's a Thai thing. They have a disregard for animals that works with the savage breeds.

they cant tame me .....as my wife and her shitty sister ( bad sister now in the Prachinburi prison hospital haha) found out last week .

That sounds ideal Mirky. As once the dogs etc. have got at the bird, and killed it, a change of hawk will be needed every couple of months or so.

Don't start Tom off.

Thai workmanship is second to none. The guy that built this belongs to the Thai master craftmans guild. His family have been in the avairy business over 150 years.

Take it he used proper asbestos cement panelling then. Preferably the "superior" blue or brown rather than the lower grade white.

Thought this might interest you.

Really, this is the only bird in our club that can handle killing monkeys. It's a fucking nasty piece of work believe me. Look at the size of it's talons.

That's the owner of the falconry club in BKK.

He had those cages imported from USA. Cost including land and club house was around 5 million baht. Add at least another 1 million he paid out in birds. I'm only a beginner at this lark.

He's a nice picture of a Red Tailed hawk killing a snake.
