Not quite, downloading copyright material is what they nick you for, sharing is a different charge they add to make the studios happy and nail some sucker for illegal distribution.
The file share sites like PB got hit not for the copyright but the fact they had an advert on the server which meant earning money from it.

Yes it was a fraction of a penny but it counted against them in court.

In Singapore Porn is pretty much illegal and lots of sites are blocked

The police hear are intetested in people uploading porn, not the downloaders...

Singapore handed over an 18 year old to the US for copyright violation, he's probably now making jail porn now...
