Has anyone had it done ? I've read it can be good for you long and short term and something I've considered having , a couple of mates have had it done in

but they might have had it done for perverse reasons mine would be purely health reasons

Years ago I worked in a gym in Glasgow and a pro boxer Scott Dixon used to train there sometimes. He was saying some boxers do colonic irrigation to lose weight for fights. Just a trivia fact.

Might be quite good for you, never really looked into it !
