The Flipper is very noisy if you get a room that overlooks Soi 7.

Not just noise from the bars but there is a speed hump right outside the front door that every vehicle hits with a right bang all through the night.

Rooms in the back are better, but if they are starting on building an extension to the hotel then a lot of those will be affected also.

I used to stay there all the time but no more because of the noise.

The Residence Garden is between Pattaya and Jomtien and more expensive than the Flipper.

Flipper is great place, security is brilliant, they will take your guests id on the way in and call you when they leave to make sure everything is kosher, great hotel :)

Good Hotel but....

IMPORTANT :
The hotel plans to renovate Building A from June 1 till October 31, 2007. The renovation will take place from 8am till 6pm daily. During this period, there will be a loud noise which might sometimes disturb guests in the Hotel.
