Then take a look around for somewhere for the rest of your trip relaxed.
Choose a good location over getting best value for money on
a first trip, almost anywhere between soi 1 and soi 13 running from
Beach Road to 2nd Road would be OK, location wise.
I`ll be there when you arrive, more than happy to help
if I can.
Hi Roamer sorry to be a pain but was wondering if you could recommend what you think are the best places to start off at ?
Thanks

Hi charlie
Location wise some favour hotels on soi 13 for a first visit.
As monkeyspanker says, if you give an idea of what you want to spend, it`ll help.
Also whether a swimming pool and internet facility
is important to you.

Just to get an idea of different rates take a look at the hotels on the link provided.

I think there`s a couple of members here that
have stayed at Sandy Spring and praise it.
I`ve stayed at Dynasty Inn albeit a long while ago,
location fine, a bit overpriced now but I was happy enough there.
Dynasty Resort although looks and is a better hotel than Inn would not be suitable location wise for 1st visit.

Thanks both
Regarding budget we are very flexible so we would sooner pay a bit more and have somewhere nice, internet access would be good and a pool a good bonus so thanks for the help very appreciated

Have a look at the LK Metropole and LK Renaissance on Soi Diana. There are reviews of both in the hotel section. Good location, nice rooms, pool, you have to pay extra for net access but the speeds are good. Prefer the Renaissance myself as the jacuzzis are lot of fun with the girls. The rack rates are quite high on both but if you shop around the online booking agents you can find some good discounts (www.agoda.com was doing some good rates on the renaissance a while back).

welcome to the board Bell.
I think there is a few good lads out there in June, you will be in company if you meet them for a few bar crawls/soi 6 escapades.
Take your time, look around the board, there's a lot more to see here for regular contributors
