Sponsorship is not a scam its a vary reasonable if misnamed charitable activity often entered into by both side with the best of intentions.

I also think its well overated even though I have met some men who do sponsor as such.
How may men are stupid enough to meet a girl who works in P4P and then send her thousands of bht every month when they can only visit LOS a few times a year. Why would they do that ??

It doesnt seem likely any one with enough money to do it would be stupid enough as there are so many other ways.
