Ok asked the wife and Mia noi about Esandan its not a thai word its lao Issan dialect and means u are not a good woman with bad thoughts for other people , it is not applicable to men as it means a bitchy nagging woman.

Sorry, I forgot to mention it's lao dialect before, was taught many of these things by Issan girls on my first trip.
