When men were men...
A mate just loaned me the doco Thrilla In Manila. (Nothing to do with Bazz and Deano)
Got me thinking about what an amazing time in boxing that was. Frazier, Ali and Foreman. I guess most here would have clearer memories of the eighties and the Leonard-Duran-Hagler-Hearns fights. I watched those Sugar Ray-Duran fights again a few years ago and they were unbelievable. Just the speed and power and number of punches being thrown. Anyway, I figured my mate should see those fights too, so I had a look on Amazon. Can somebody please tell me why some Yank coont is selling a 20-year old VHS of thirty-year old fights for $3000? WTF? When I can buy a dVD of the same thing for $20, here or in the UK, on Ebay. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/630...pf_rd_i=507846 Any chance we could package up some of Bomb's greatest moments and flog it off to pay for the P_R Luxury Spa and Health Retreat in soi Fucknose?
