We had the AFL grand final on in Melbourne today played before a tad under 100,00 people. I won a few bob on Geelong.

Better for me to look at was the 4 Group 1 races from Royal Randwick in Sydney. Done my strides on the punt though. BTW, horse that Her Majesty sold off to the colonies, My Kingdom of Fife, won another Group 3 race today at Randwick.

More of the same tomorrow. National Rugby League grand final and the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes (10f) from Flemington racecourse in which another ex-Pommy horse, December Draw is favourite.

Then stay up late to watch So You Think in the Arc. I doubt he will get the distance so I shall lay him on Betfair. He will probably win now as I have always been a mug punter.

I had Bartel for the Norm Smith.

All week I'd been spruiking Geelong by 36. When it rained I backed off to 17.

Still, Anyone But Collingwood, eh?

You better believe it. Don't like the bastards. Even rather see the WC Budgies win a flag than them. Fookin' great looking at Eddie Maguire on the telly with about a minute to go.

Wonder if it was free piss at the Roo bar last night?? Roundy is a died-in-the-wool Cats fan.

That mongrel December Draw won today at about 6/4. The bastard just nutted my horse, another import, Glass Harmonium. Another bad day on the punt. If it keeps going like this I'll be booking into Skyslops in

And in AC from this

to this luxurious place on Don Juicio Ave .

You missed the first and for me the best of them all.

All bias aside, if you see a better, faster, more exciting, more dramatic sporting event than last nights game this year you will be doing well.
