Tonys Gym and Universe must be
the gyms in Pattaya if you're into weight training. I'm sure I read that there is a Golds Gym in Jomtien.
Loads of hardcore trainers out there - have a look at
www.t-nation.com and search an article by a guy called Phil. Called - Pattaya Roving Reporter. He was doing strongman event type training in the car park of Universe gym and met a load of guys at Universe.
I've seen a lot of bodybuilders in Tony's. But I've never seen anyone really going hard powerlifting. Heavy deadlifts etc.
