It's like gonzo said and that works in front of and behind the 11 letters/numbers to the right of the = sign in the Youtube links. It's always 11. The following is a typical-looking link to a Youtube song.
Copy only the stuff to the right of the = sign and then put in the [ yt ] in front (without any spaces) and [/ yt ] at the end (without spaces). If we put the [ yt ] and [/ yt] stuff down without spaces it would just show a big white box on the screen if typing was in between them or just disappear if there was nothing in between them. Don't forget the little / mark on the end one. Don't worry, if you mess up putting the link in someone will fix it, then you can go in on "edit" and see what it looks like.
