Every Olympics, World Cup, Tour de Farce this drugs debate gets raised - what to the organisers expect with so much money thrown at sport its no surprise at all that athletes will take the risk of getting caught (and possible side effects including death) to become the best.
Really who wants to watch an Olympics with no world records broken? Just level the playing field and stop testing them - after all if someone wants to risk their life for a gold medal and $1000's in sponsorship deals let them go ahead - enough of the daft charade.
