As long as the no-ball predictions were made before the relevant overs were bowled then the entire Pakistan Cricket Touring Party is guilty by association. The money element is only a bit part in the scandal, as they were not going to undertake the scam without getting paid.
Should just give the Pakis the evidence and ask them what they plan to do about it. Then tell them if they don't fully address the problem the entire Touring Party will be banned from all forms of cricket for life.
But it seems as if the usual smokescreen/cover-up is being put into place by the ICC etc.
