You're probably better off choosing to be either near Jomtien beach or near Walking st or you'll end up being near neither as they aren't exactly adjacent. Could try the Residence Garden I guess as it's a decent enough place and in between both.

Best look for yourselves, different people have different tastes and staff change all the time so what's a great gogo one trip is rubbish the next......as for rip-off's most of them are when you look at the drinks prices compared to elsewhere and barfines are a joke.
