Thaihouse Inn Guesthouse
I`ve not been there myself but appears reasonably priced.
Guesthouse run by a Brit and his Thai wife near Nana station. 700 baht a night. Has wifi plus free use of a computer in lobby. Related restaurant nearby specialising in northeren thai dishes and offers cookery classes(1500bht a day) http://thai-house-inn.port5.com |
good one roamer, thats cheap for the area, and worth knowing about
Baggins... |
Very basic and nothing special, no safe boxes is one reason I never stayed there.

What do you need a safety box for? Try hiding your few 10 baht coins under the pillow or inside the toilet tank :toilet: ROLAND. :rich: ____ :bigfinger

On one of my first trips I stayed at the Bamboo and there was no safe boxes so I hid my passport in the toilet tank, trouble was I never put it in a plastic bag and it spent 2 weeks floating in there.

Stayed there a few years back. Basic but clean, big fridge you can put your own stuff in from 7/11 or whatever and passable shower room. But no tv when I stayed. Decent value if you want to be in that area but want a cheap hotel.

one of my buddies stays there - great access to the Biergarten and good price.
There are a number of places in the same price range on soi Nana (Suk soi 4) itself - some of them I have used for short time and they have 500 baht long time rates as well. Some good ones mixed in there worth checking out |
