E-cigarettes
Anyone else switched over to these? I've not had a real cigarette in over 2 months now, and the last one I had when the battery had run out in the e-cig tasted like arse.
It's nice being able to use them indoors too, so far only found 2 bars in Cardiff that don't allow them (and so they've now lost a lot of their weekend revenue). They'll inevitably be banned or restricted shortly once the big pharma lobby gets its claws more firmly into the EU and the government realises its tobacco tax cash cow is dying but for now all is golden. Saving me a small fortune too as my former £8 a day habit is now costing me closer to £8 a week. Happy days  |
Good to hear.
I`ve only just bought one, an e cigarette kit, not yet used it. I`ll be happy enough if it merely reduces the number of ordinary cigarettes I smoke. I noticed at Gatwick some packs at over 10 quid, an expensive addiction. Just plugged the e cigarette in to charge it, give it a try later on. |
These are the lot I use mate: http://www.vapeescape.co.uk
Find them to be very good, if you order before 3pm it goes out the same day which guarantees next day delivery. Started with one of the beginner kits which comprised a couple of batteries, a couple of clearomizers, a carry case and a bottle of the liquid to get you started. Still use that kit when out and about but I also picked up this huge chrome beast of a thing to use at home. Can definitely recommend the Whisky Cream flavour, tastes like Baileys  |
Ordered a starter kit Matt

I've not had a cigarette for best part of 3 month feel better for it too , thought I'd crack in Thailand and admit to lighting one up but one puff and I chucked it and got back on the e-cig

Best thing I did stopping smoking about 8 year ago now

Gave up the fans completely 18 months ago
Was going to get an e-ciggie as a crutch but they are banned in Singapore I reckon their a good idea! |

Big business here in uk now the tobacco companies and government are shitting themselves :toilet: |
Had some new kit delivered today - a Vision Spinner 2 and one of the new Kanger EMOW tanks. Gives as good a vape as the Innokin I134 I've been using in the house but without weighing half a ton so I can use the latest set-up out and about. Highly recommended.

I tried e-cigarettes. Actually worked out more expensive than buying rolling baccy ! So I gave up on them.
The tobacco companies are starting to get involved with their manufacture especially Imperial Tobacco so they've got all bases covered. Forgot about stopping smoking but will need to get round to it. Feeling a bit wheezy after being back here for a few months and off the LM Blues and onto Golden Virginia again. |

Sky Cigs I think they were called. I can make 50g of rolling baccy last a week. That's £18 or thereabouts and pretty sure the 'bold' (strong) refills worked out more expensive. I thought the e cigarettes were pretty good, certainly be a stepping stone to giving up completely.

Ah, the ones that look like oversized plastic fags? Yeah, they aren't so good mate, you need one where you can fill up a tank with juice and just keep that topped up. You have to take a hit on buying the kit upfront but it works out cheaper in the long run.

After I bought kit I'm spending probably less than £10 a week on juice coils etc
