you tube embedded into the board......
 

I noticed a few of you putting links to youtube clips so I thought I'd code up some BB code so you can embed it directly into the board.

Its very simple, all you have to do is put [yt] tags around the last part of the you tube http address. Just like you use the [img] tags for photo's except all you need is the you tube id as per below....

example: in one of the previous posts there was a link to this video

to embed it into the board all you need to do is put the last bit between to two [yt] tags which is

In1iZWOOjnI

when you put that between the 2 [yt] tags then it will embed the video as per below........

almost perfect-with the 2nd one you have to close the tag. The second one needs to be a closing tag like this [/yt]

edit it and see what happens..........

perfect mate! If you want to centre it you can wrap the whole thing in [center] tags....make sure the second one is a closing tag though!

No worries mate, the board is good with or without any gizmo's. I would like to see lots more tracks on the MP3 player though and not sure if I can upload (permissions?) myself ?

You can upload tracks to the mp3 player mate, but the problem is you can only enter an URL. The mp3 needs to be hosted somewhere? Exactly the same thing with photo's and photobucket except with mp3's? If you look at the mp3 thread there is a site there where you can get the URL's for a load of mp3's that other people have uploaded. All you need to do is click add track on the mp3 player and then enter the URL from the website. Then it should be in there ready to play???

click on it and copy.
you will now have this.
