Bloody Hell
Totally gutted Despite finishing 4th in the Leage Durham County Cricket Club relegated, start next season -48 points and banned from hosting Test Cricket Talk about harsh !!! |

Excellent article Baz
Thanks very much |
There could well be a few: F.T.E.C.B. banners floating around the Riverside when the England v. West Indies T20 game is played next September.

Eligibility rules for the ICC to play cricket for a country
For blokes, it seems you have only to live in a country for just over 6 months in the preceding 4 years to be eligible. You don't have to be a citizen of that country. Sourced from the ICC rules here I have no idea why rule 3.3 is there. Surely 3.2 would apply?? :clueless: No wonder so many South Africans go play in England. No racial preferences and an easy side to get into!! dancing |
Another few years and I can play for the Thailand OAP team!!
:grandpa: |
Bloody hell!! Same same as the Aussie selectors.
This lot in the IPL keep Mitch Marsh but sack Pietersen, Baily and Handscomb :clueless: |
Injured Mitch Marsh in doubt for Ashes
What clown wrote this article? He/she got this part right Quote:
But this?? A blaster??? FFS!!! :angry2: Quote:
Don't get me wrong. I want everyone that plays Test cricket for Australia to perform superbly including Mitch. Score 100 runs plus an innings, take 10 catches and take 10 wickets but sadly our man Mitch Marsh is clearly not up to the Test cricket standards required to play for Australia. He can go make his fortune on the T20 circuit. Good luck to him. But please, never again in the Australian Test cricket team. :please: |
He's got my vote for the ashes
|
Posting 450+ in the first innings and staring defeat in the face

dancing We might do the same :crying: |
It doesn't get much worse than this for our mob

England have arrived in Perth minus Ben Stokes due to his punch up in Bristol reports are now claiming he was a hero defending 2 gay men subject to homophobic abuse
http://news.sky.com/story/ben-stokes...y-men-11101889 Hopefully this is cleared up soon |
I’ve said it before but if you can walk through the triangle in Bristol without wanting to punch some wanker you’re a bit of a cunt yourself. They had it coming, get Stokes on the plane.

Great article about the legendary Windies quick Wes Hall who returned to Accrington, where he played Lancashire League club cricket as a pro back in the day.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/cri...portsmail.html Top bloke. |
Never mind all that.
The real ashes looks set to go the Aussies way. Score a goal at the World Cup and then make an Ashes double century. Good effort that. http://www.theage.com.au/sport/crick...11-gzjd17.html |

People just aren't doing women's sport right. There are constant complaints about poor sponsorship levels and low viewing figures but nobody is embracing the key sales factor - they're all dykes anyway, if they start getting it on when celebrating a goal/wicket/whatever viewing figures would shoot up and the sponsorship would follow. It's an open goal that nobody has the sense to score.

Maybe time for lingerie cricket. The NFL version is very good.

Anybody watching the Ashes? Difficult to do in the UK unless you've got BT Sport. Highlights not even shown on Sky or terrestrial FFS. Any ideas on how to view it? Ive got a BT Landline and Broadband so got the BT App and tried to subscribe to BT Sport as an existing customer. However when I tried to buy it on-line and add to either the Landline or Broadband accounts I was declined. Reason being according to the BT shop I didn't have a Landline or Broadband account. WTF?
Anyway once Smith is out in the first over of the morning session England will be well on top and should end up with a 100+ lead by tea. Or maybe not. Been impressed with Stonemans, Vince and Milans contributions. Seems the new/newish lads did well while the Old Guard failed. Probably will go the other way next innings and neither will be able to back the other up and post a big score. |
My mobile contract with EE comes with the BT sport app on my iPad and iPhone plus I’m on nights so got it set up at my work station
I’m sure you should get BT tv free with your package frankie is ring then |

Its a right stitch up this lark. Soon you will have to subscribe to both Sky and BT just to watch cricket and football. |

My old man has BT landline and broadband and he got the tv free just had to pay a small fee for the box And I agree it’s bad enough subscribing to one provider then another one crops up and takes some of the football/cricket/boxing |
I can watch it on my Mobdro app (BT Sports 1) on my old Android phone (thank you Flacky for putting me on to it). Not watching today though as Saturday is horse racing only for me. Again through Mobdro
I bought one of those Minix Neo U9-H media hubs yesterday to take with me back to the jungle. Hopefully, it works ok so can watch everything on the big telly  |
Should be sorted now. Got the BT App on my iPad with BT Sport and intend to use Apple Air Play to watch it on my TV. Had a trial run with the highlights and seemed OK. Picture not brilliant but good enough.
Tart at BT said as their Broadband speed was so slow in my area that the App wouldn't be much use as there would be loads of buffering and I would need BT TV!! I've already got Virgin Cable in (for Sky Sports) so I don't need another 200 channels of complete and utter shite from BT just to watch 1 channel. When I declined her kind offer and threatened to find another way round it ,the "problem" was rectified in minutes, despite initially being told it would take up to 4 days. Anyway Smith batted well and saved the Aussies. Vince looks like he is back to where his track record puts him. Granted he did well First Innings but have no idea why he's batting at 3. Critical morning session coming up for England and maybe the time has come for Rocky's maiden ton. |

Complete luddite here. I get AFL via the official app on my Android phone. Its free and uses no data. But I don't know any way to watch it on a bigger screen. I bought a chromecast but the app blocks it. I've also got an android tablet which I bought primarily to use for mapping apps in the 4WD, but I've never figured it out.
Anybody got any suggestions? |

Tom, I got it from Tukcom. 4th floor, turn left when you get off the escalator. Small shop that sells car cameras and various Android boxes. The lady updated a lot of the apps on it while I was there including Mobdro. When I get home I will connect it and see how it goes. There are several videos on YouTube explaining how to set it up if I get into strife. :toot: |

Smarter blokes than me on here regarding techy stuff Forky but I screen mirror from my Samsung A7 (2015 model) to my Samsung and LG smart tvs at home. Not perfect but good enough. I enquired in Tukcom about a direct cable link from my phone to the telly but was told my phone was not capable. Needs at least a Samsung S model phone to do that. They tried to sell me a small wi-fi device (900B) to do the job but I declined and went and bought the Android tv box instead. As far as watching the Test match is concerned, I don't bother while I am here in Pattaya. Just keep up to date with the scores, watch the brief video highlights at the end of the days play from the Australian cricket website and then my favourite, listening to the highlights and days analysis on BBC Radio Test Match Special with Agnew, Tuffnell, Vaughn etc. Excellent listening :toot: |

You should be able to use it on your tablet too. |
Surely this is a joke. Is it April Fools Day??
Mitch Marsh In Line For Test Recall Again we get this stupid talk of resting fast bowlers. The poor little lambs. Fuck off with this thinking. Go hard or go home. Poms will be laughing if this happens :bigfinger:bigfinger:bigfinger |
I see Ben stokes is in the neighbourhood!!

Won't be allowed in. Australia has high standards ya know especially when it comes to Kiwi Poms. Can't understand though why they let Queenslanders going on holidays overseas back into the country. One way of keeping the riff-raff out dancing |

Mitch Marsh is Back in the Test Squad At least they didn't pick Smith's mate, Moises Henriques. He is worse than Marsh. Smith & Henriques own racehorses together. :bigfinger:bigfinger |
