Manyoo defeated at home to Aston Villa,Spurs lose at home to Wolves while Chelsea and Man City get draws.
Chelsea go three clear at the top.
Aston Villa go third but The Arse have a great chance today to go 3 behind Manyoo with a game in hand.

The Arse play Liverpool today.

After checking the premier league results yesterday,I find the matches are very hard to predict this year.
I don't think anyone could have predicted the results yesterday(well...maybe old crust).

As for Wednesday,I'd say 3-2 Spurs.Worth a tenner I feel.:kenny:

I did'nt think Everton would hold Chelsea, and I expected Man City to beat Bolton. Villa's result did'nt surprise me (I left my Villa players in the fantasy team). Never mind the hype around Martin O'Neill, the man organising the team on the pitch is the coach Steve Walford and he is probably the best defensive coach there is.

Could do with him at City then OC!!!
elway, theres certainly goals in that game, Tevez is on fire again, need Adebayor to get his shooting boots back on tho. SWP is out so will Hughes be man enough to give the excellent Slovakian Vladimir Weiss his full debut? I hope so but I severely doubt he has the bollocks for that.

Bilbobaggins 12-19-2009 11:17 PM

pissed off at City.
So much money so little class.
Should have stuck with Hughes til the end of the season then got Mourinho in, Mancini might turn out to be decent manager but he is not my first choice for sure

I am fascinated to see how Mancini goes with Robhinho, Adaboyour and Tevez. I reckon you can only play one of them in a team. I watched City play Spurs on the TV last week and could'nt believe what a waste of space Robhino was when Spurs had the ball. Hughes should have dragged him after ten minutes.

I make no apology if I have spelt their names wrongly. I preferred City when they had proper names playing for them, like Bell, Book, Lee, Young and Doyle.

bell 12-20-2009 03:03 PM

mancini needs to sort the defence out fast cos they were shit at the back yesterday

Bilbobaggins 12-20-2009 03:34 PM

Been shocking for weeks mate.
9 goals shipped in the last 3 outings, Kolo Toure has been a disaster.

elway69 12-21-2009 03:37 AM

Well done to the Hammers.
They almost nicked it in the last 20 mins.

IMHO...hasty and short sighted decision by Arsenal to run fabregas back out on the field last weekend when he was not fully mended with the hamstring ailment.

being that he seems overly fragile to begin with....they may have fucked up the rest of his season....in any sport you just don't fuck with hamstrings.

Except for the fact they desperately needed that win over Villa and were doing fuck all until he came on the pitch and turned it around. They've now got a fairly easy run of fixtures for the next couple of weeks giving fabregas plenty of time to recover before they really need him. Quite astute to my mind.
