Could be mate. I was in a foul mood all day today for no attributable reason, just woke up at odds with the world. Dumped the bird cos she annoyed me on the phone, told the project manager exactly why I thought he was an incompetent cunt and generally blighted the day of anyone I came across until lunchtime. Couple of pints of Peroni and a cake and I felt much better and managed not to shout at anyone for the last couple of hours of work before I pissed off early.

Fork figured he could take the updated and capacious hard drive in one of his PC's, and swap it with the one in his newer, faster (albeit samall HD) pc.

Result: two dead PC's.

Fork and his computer geek buddy spent all Friday trying to restore systems and make things work. Nothing gained. Fork's buddy took the capacious HD home for the weekend to reformat it and try it in his own PC. Of course it worked fine. Anyway, Fork was out yesterday and went past a computer fair. So he went in and bought another newer, bigger, faster PC. :shiftgear:

Today, just out of curiousity:dunce:, Fork and his buddy swapped the old HD's back.:doctor: Everything works. Why the fuck can that be?
