Welcome to the board Flubba and thanx for the post! From my experience on both side of the bars, if the officials are going to make the closure mandatory they will send out the notice to the bar owners the night before! I think if there are any closures, it will be not mandatory but out of respect. In the past a closure out of respect means the music is off or down very low, lights down, but booze is still going across the bar. The go go's is a different story....... some close and some stay open and rock on(the ones that pay off the cops pretty well I guess)
