Best for what ?

If you want night life and pussy on tap then Phuket but if you want beautiful beaches, overpriced accomadation and mixing with soap dodger backpackers then probably Phi Phi would be better.

Agree with Peno on Pooket V's Pee Pee,...disagree with Gildas on Koh Samed,...Samed ok for 2 days and then,....zzzzzzzzzzzz.Not that visually attractive IMO.
