The following was copied from a post by "proky" on Talk from Sept. 10th. It was his first post and he opened with a very worthwhile one imo. He wrote that he got the free wi-fi information from here: http://pattayarag.blogspot.com/ which is a web site I'd never gone to before. The web site was put together by "Ed" who lives in Pattaya.
