You're spot on – I read about it recently on a PI board I think it was.

If you put your arms out straight in front of you and twist them so your palms are facing upwards, a mans arms will be straight whilst a women’s will bend outwards slightly at the elbows.

I tried it on Suchada and it works – Apparently it is a 100% foolproof method for gender testing.
