Deano I think nobody knows the answer to your question so that's why you're getting blanked. If you have their email address you could write and ask them...here's their phone number (I got it off the net) if you want to call and ask. 800-246-8357

It's not on the guest friendly list on BKKTonight but I don't know how comprehensive that is. The 2 listed for Rachada are the Pallazo hotel and Veronica Residence, if thats any help.

Hi deano
Sorry can`t help with that hotel as no knowledge but have you looked at some other recomendations here on earlier threads?
Gildas started one,2 mid priced Bangkok hotels,Swiss Grottino and Town Lodge both looked pretty good to me.Majesticsuites and Dynasty Grande also get good comments.
May or may not be of some use to you.

The town lodge is pretty good. My mate Ralph runs the club/hostess bar on the ground floor. If you're going for the suite though make sure you get the right one, neither are really worth the extra money unless you really want to treat yourself or your lady for a day or 2 but one is much better than the other.
